Fellos works exclusively with BIG-registered doctors from the Netherlands. Doctors who understand the Dutch standard when it comes to care and comfort - the NHG guidelines work. This means that all doctors you speak to through Fellos are qualified and authorized to provide medical care and speak Dutch. You will receive professional advice and, if you wish, you can talk to your treating doctor via chat or video call.

The medication is supplied by a Dutch pharmacy

Medication that you order via Fellos is delivered by a pharmacy located in the Netherlands. This ensures that all medicines meet the strict quality and safety standards of the Dutch healthcare system. So you don't have to worry about counterfeit medicines or unreliable suppliers.

All medication offered by Fellos has been proven and approved by the EMA and CBG.

Safety and effectiveness are at the heart of Fellos. The medicines available through Fellos have all been approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Medicines Evaluation Board (CBG). This means that the treatments have been extensively tested and meet the highest European health standards.

Fellos controls drug interactions via the National Switching Point

Taking medications can sometimes involve risks, especially if you're taking multiple medications at the same time. Fellos monitors possible interactions via the National Switching Point (LSP). This ensures that no dangerous combinations occur and that you can start your treatment safely. Should there be a potentially dangerous interaction, your treating doctor or pharmacy will contact you to inform you about this and discuss what options you have.

One advantage of Fellos is that you not only get a one-off consultation, but have ongoing access to your treating doctor. This means you can always ask questions about your treatment and, if necessary, request repeat prescriptions. This way, you are assured of continuous care.

Affordable care is an important priority for Fellos. That is why it uses the generally applicable prices of Dutch pharmacies. This means that you never pay too much for your medication and are assured of fair and transparent prices. Even if you opt for fixed delivery through a subscription, you are of course not bound by anything and you can always cancel immediately.
